I have bought my 2 1/2 year old about four other Thomas Train Sets (Thomas & Friends: TrackMaster Colin in "The Party Surprise",Thomas & Friends: TrackMaster Percy's Day at the Farm, Thomas & Friends: TrackMaster Thomas' Busy Day Starter Playset, and Thomas and Friends Spin & Fix Thomas) and I have to say that I wish this set was out before I bought all the other sets(I would have only bought him this one). I will admit that the instructions could have been explained better, with a step by step manual, but all the track parts are numbered and it does take rocket science to figure out how to build it. The zipline is the best part, it is easy enough for my son to reset in place after Thomas rides through it and besides this set looks like a wooden roller coaster(Awesome!!!).

You can spend the same and just get a figure eight with one station. It also comes with 3 trains, including Thomas, Mavis and a freight/barrell car.
This has been a great addition to my sons ever-growing Thomas set, and has allowed us to do some great layouts with the new hills.
One os the highest quality toys you can buy for kids.

(More customer reviews)I gave this to my grandson's for their 5th birthday,although not recommended for that young. They couldn't wait for daddy and grandpa to put it together. They love driving the 4-wheelers even though they went too fast and made them fly off the track several times. It is a good way for them to learn the difference of how to judge the speed for the various sections of the track. They did get where they were making it around the track a couple of times without flying off.

Thomas & Friends My First UNO Game Review

(More customer reviews)I bought the game at kmart for $8 and for that price it is a really fun game for my two year old son. The case is disappointing as it doesn't have a latch to keep the cover on if it tipped over. I was shocked to see it so expensive here. I thought eight was a bit steep when I got it, but is a good game for my son who is a Thomas fan to learn colors, numbers, and the overall game.

My First R/C Choo Choo Train Review

(More customer reviews)My daughter was SO excited to get this for christmas. She LOVES trains and it appeared to be easy enough to maneuver for her. Well the toy is made VERY poorly. It can't go "straight" forward, it kinda runs in a circle, you have to go back and forth to even get it to move forward at all.
Then it constantly has a mind of its own.
I thought it was the batteries so I changed them a few times. Nope, it just starts running and making noise randomly.
You really have NO control over anything it does.
I was SO disappointed because I paid a good amount for it and it is going to Good Will, it was a complete waste, and my poor daughter was SO sad that it didn't work.
The plastic also is pretty cheap and flimsey.
I DO NOT suggest getting this for ANY reason....unfortunatlly.
